•Direct bookings through laylowproperties.com are processed via Hospitable. By booking directly, you agree to Hospitable’s Terms of Service.
•Airbnb bookings are governed by Airbnb’s Terms of Service.
•Vrbo bookings are governed by Vrbo’s Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and the terms of a booking platform, the booking platform’s terms will govern with respect to the reservation.
All guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect neighbors and the surrounding community. Specific house rules — including occupancy limits, pet policies, check-in and check-out times, and quiet hours — are provided at the time of booking and in your pre-arrival communications.
