Beautiful home! Everything was beautifully decorated and well thought out. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Popcorn machine was fun and we had a blast playing the arcade games. Everything was clean and cozy. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Stayed here for a week with my extended family — 11 people total. The house handled it perfectly. Outdoor space is incredible, the hot tub was a nightly ritual, and the tiki bar made every evening feel like a party. Hosts are top-notch. Highly recommend!

We LOVED LayLow beach property!! We came with our friends to celebrate a birthday and this place was perfect. The space was amazing and had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the game room and hot tub.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Great house for a large group — the layout worked really well for everyone to spread out. Amenities were a huge plus, from the hot tub to the family games. The location was peaceful and beautiful with gorgeous views of the sound and ocean. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Visited the Laylow with 5 girls celebrating a 70th birthday! This home had everything and more. Hot tub, and wonderful decks to enjoy the beautiful views of both the Marsh and Beach!! We were a 5 minute walk to almost a private beach! Could not have asked for a better experience!!!

We have been coming to Oak Island for a few years and this was our 1st time staying at Laylow and we were SO glad we stumbled upon this gem! We celebrated our son's 4th birthday and our daughter's HS graduation here and it was AMAZING!

What a lovely home! It has everything you need for your stay. A home away from home. Loved sitting on the front porch with my morning coffee looking out over the marsh. Beautiful beach sunsets. The host is a lovely person.

The west end of the island is peaceful, pristine and perfect! The Laylow matches the vibe perfectly! We really enjoyed our stay, especially walking on the beach for sunrises and walking to the Point at night for fishing and sunsets. It was the perfect getaway in the perfect little spot.

This house is expertly decorated and immaculate. Hosts were super friendly, responsive, and helpful. The amenities at this home are spectacular!! And it's walkable to the beach. Highly, highly recommend!!

It was an amazing stay! We had a group of 10 and stayed for 4 nights and everyone fit perfectly. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was a short little walk to the beach and a wonderful stay! We hope to come back again!

This place was beautiful!! They had something for everyone. All sorts of games and toys, both for inside and outside. Ed and Brooke were so friendly and quick to respond. We definitely felt at home while there. I definitely recommend staying here!

The Laylow was a perfect setting for our getaway. The house is gorgeously decorated and so well-appointed, with loads of things to do. Our family particularly loved the arcade machines, yard games, and hot tub. It's a very quick walk to the beach and The Point. Brooke and Ed were super helpful. 100% recommend.

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The property offered so many great things, we did not feel the need to leave to find things to do from the hot tub to ping pong! The decor is fabulous and the home was perfect!

We had a wonderful week at the LayLow! It met all of our needs as a party of 8 with kids, teens, adults, and our dog! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to collect shells. The yard games and hot tub were so fun and everyone enjoyed ping pong, fooseball, and the arcade games! Super comfy beds and the decor is beautiful!

Great stay and awesome hosts! Gave plenty of notice of pertinent information, access, etc. Lots of indoor and outdoor games, kitchen full of items needed for large group visits, and cozy/quiet spaces inside the home as well. Thank you Brooke and Ed!

Our family of 11 stayed at Laylow at Oak Island to celebrate my son's 40th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy our time together.

We stayed at the Laylow in July with Family. We had 11 people in our group and it fit us perfectly! The design of the house is so cute! The kids loved all the games — ping pong, foosball table, and there was even a little putting green.

We enjoyed an off season stay at The Laylow! The highlights of the trip were walking to the Point at sunsets nightly and a beach bonfire! We didn't venture out much because when we travel to the beach we like to just relax and not make too many plans.
